• We do not inspect the contents of your files unless compelled by law or to investigate abuse (e.g., malware or illegal content).

Uistea Cloud follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

5. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Uistea Cloud uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. Uistea Cloud is an ephemeral storage service. This means:

• Temporary Storage: Files are not intended to be stored permanently. They will be deleted automatically based on the expiration time (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days) or the download limit (e.g., 1 view) you selected during upload.
• Physical Deletion: Once a file expires or is deleted by the user, the data is physically removed from our storage sectors. We do not keep "soft backups" of expired user files.
• No Recovery: Once a file is deleted, it cannot be recovered by you or by our support team.

8. GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

Uistea Cloud does not sell your personal data (uploaded files) to third parties.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Uistea Cloud does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
